"My brother and I worked with Marissa recently to sell our aunt's house in Macungie, PA. From our initial contact with her to completion of settlement it was a great experience. Marissa is highly organized and professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, responds to any and all communication promptly, and beyond all that isn't afraid to 'roll up her sleeves', so to speak, to explore taking care of minor repairs and concerns that need doing. Plus she will take care of securing a contractor to take care of small or larger jobs as required. Additionally, she has great insight into setting up a house for staging as well.Our situation, for several reasons, became rather difficult and out of the ordinary in that our aunt passed away while we were under contract, and so it presented an unusually complex situation, but Marissa guided us through it all and it became a valuable learning tool for everyone involved! I can truly give my highest recommendation if you're in need of a realtor! No need to look further based on my experiences. She'll get the job done for you in a timely and efficient manner."

"Marissa is so awesome! I am so glad I chose her to be my realtor! She knows how to hustle! It was hard to keep up with her sometimes! She helped me with recommendations of contractors to fix a few things at the house. Excellent communication. I always knew what was happening and if I asked her question, she always got back to me right away. She is also a great negotiator in helping to get the best price when you’re selling your house or buying another house. Highly recommend!! If I can give more than five stars, I would!"
